Another Man's Opinion

We are well into the planning stages of presenting this musical drama at our church this December and have found it to be fun, thought provoking, and musically challenging. We have seen God lead in our early planning in bringing us just the right people to fill the right roles, both dramatically and musically. We will concede that we have substituted a couple of the songs, edited some, and made changes to the script including changing the shepherd girl to a boy. A major part of our planning includes reaching out to various groups in our church that draw families from outside the church in the hope of presenting the Good News to them this Christmas in a way they perhaps were not expecting. Mostly our planning includes much prayer, especially for those we desire to reach. Our church may not be as sophisticated as some of the modern contempo churches popping up each year in this country, but we have benefited from David Clydesdale's wonderful music in our worship many times.
